The MCC will also oversee the club’s communication and marketing programs including website administration, email communications, event flyers, club newsletter, social media, photography and videography, while carefully balancing innovative and creative ideas with the traditions and history of the club. Core Responsibilities

  • Membership
  • Manage new member inquiries and track data with CRM program
  • Coordinate new member orientation with General Manager
  • Develop member retention program to include
  • 30, 60, and 90 day follow up
  • Assist members with navigating club website and mobile app
  • Develop sales and marketing materials to include social media and web content
  • Represent club in community and at member events
  • Work closely with Membership Committee to develop measurable membership marketing strategies Core Responsibilities
  • Communications
  • Administer and update club website, including email communications and social media
  • Provide technology assistance to departments as needed
  • Collaborate in a supporting role with all Department Managers
  • Create and produce event and promotional flyers with Department Managers
  • Develop and coordinate content and layout of newsletter, Junior Activities booklet, and Yearbook
  • Evaluate and report member website and mobile app usage patterns
  • Work in conjunction with Communications Committee
  • Assist as photographer and videographer, develop library of club events and member photos
  • Work towards marketing the Club Centennial in 2030 with the Communications Committee Key Projects
  • Assist in expanding club communication programs, research, evaluate and recommend creative technology solutions to enhance the member experience Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and service minded, friendly, professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Apple Mac and other programs
  • Photography, videography, creative writing and editing skills
  • Four-year university degree preferred
