Monitoring and maintaining engagement metrics, feedback, and data integrity. Planning, promoting, executing, and managing all aspects of company-wide events including training classes, networking events, sales meetings, quarterly breakfasts and quarterly community serve days. Managing vendor membership program and PPR Cares non-profit community support initiative Managing event purchasing and expense reporting for Marketing team. Supporting the team and agents in the North Naples office as needed. Occasional travel will be required between offices and for off-site events. Technology & Systems Navigating Microsoft 365, Constant Contact, Premiere Plus Realty website, agent intranet and social media profiles. Continually seeking out solutions for improving SOPs through better technology for streamlining automations and processes. Tier 1

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or college courses in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. 3+ years of communications and event coordination experience; real estate experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Constant Contact (or similar), CRM tools, and project management software. Confident managing vendors, sponsors, and partners; experience with budgeting and billing coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to create systems, SOPs, and improve workflow.
Job Type:
Full Time working Monday through Friday, 40 – 50 hours/week
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range of $45,000 to $53,000 to commensurate with experience.
