Graphic Designer & Communications Specialist The Graphic Designer & Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating graphics and brand elements that will be used in both traditional media (direct mail, print advertising, printed sales materials) and digital media (web, email, social media).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
Creates and implements marketing and advertising campaigns Design email campaigns and email newsletters for internal and external communications Develops and maintains email marketing lists for different segments, both internal and external Assist in the development and execution of strategy and tactical planning for social media channels Develops and maintains sales support tools including point of purchase displays Produces and edits catalog pages as requested by sales department Catalogs and files all materials in a logical and easily accessible manner Thinks creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and advertising materials Determines size and arrangement of illustrative materials Prints and presents sample of finished layout to manager for approval Concept, design and execute digital deliverables across all channels; social, webpages, emails, digital ads, etc. Collaborate with the CX team to develop creative assets to support the rewards program and other initiatives Manage and maintain all digital assets and update as needed. Work with CX team to create and develop and design emails that support marketing campaigns Assist the CX team with all related projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience 3+ years’ experience in a similar position Proven knowledge of Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, or other graphic design programs Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
