Job Summary The Communications Associate will assist with crafting, managing, and distributing content across various channels, while also supporting team coordination, client communications, and project documentation. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for media and messaging. Duties Draft and edit client communications, company documents, and presentations Coordinate internal communication and assist with meeting planning and documentation Support client relations by managing timelines and project updates Help organize communication materials for campaigns, events, and project launches Assist in the preparation of press releases, reports, and company announcements Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools Professional communication style and attention to detail Join us as we strive to enhance our communications efforts and make a positive impact within our community!
