Job Duties and Responsibilities Meet with new, existing, and potential customers by telephone or in our retail store. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distractions (multitasking is necessary). Communicate with customers and co-worker professionally and courteously. Knowledge to explain the details of all AccessOn Internet product and services. Ability to ask good questions, identify needs and recommend specific products/services. Perform customer verifications and initiate service orders for new or existing customers. Understand FTTP, Wi-Fi, streaming, and VoIP problems and steps to resolve them. Successfully reach productivity, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction goals. Participate in community and company-sponsored activities as requested.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements Valid Driver’s License :
Clean record required
Punctuality :
Ability to work Monday-Friday weekday schedule
Physical Ability :
Able to sit or for extended periods, repetitive motions Able to look at a computer screen
