What You Will Do at Noble
As a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist III will work with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications in the development and execution of the overall marcom plan, integrated marketing campaigns and projects for brand and sales initiatives. The Digital Marketing Communications Specialist III will assist with organizing and executing marketing efforts for the department − including integrated marketing initiatives, multimedia executions, leveraging AI, print ads, email/digital campaigns, social media activities, website strategy and updates, tradeshows/events, PR, collateral, presentations, webinar and ABM development
- and ensure all projects are delivered in scope, on time and at the highest quality.
As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will Act as liaison between Noble Marketing Department and Aptar Pharma Operational Marketing Department to ensure close collaboration of messaging and strategy and to ensure deadlines and corporate requirements are met
Manage the implementation of marketing email communications along with the Marketing Manager, including but not limited to copywriting, editing, building emails in the CRM system, creating targeted groups, and tracking emails to help inform future strategies.
Manage the implementation of Noble’s social media channels, including but not limited to planning monthly calendar, copywriting, editing, scheduling, audience analysis and tracking to help inform future strategy
Collaborate with Noble’s in-house Graphic Design team to effectively complete the required promotional opportunities. Act as an ad copywriter and editor to ensure error-free ads
Support the leadership team and business team in the creation of impactful messages, and value propositions for each buyer persona, and ensure timely messages are delivered to the right audience through the right channels
Co-manage with the Marketing Manager the relationship with all industry publications and track all ads to ensure they are delivered to the proper publication on time
Manage relationships with external PR firms by leading messaging and by supporting writing and editing of press releases, editorials, advertorials, and blog posts
Co-manage along with Marketing Manager the relationship with website developer and host and SEO vendor to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget
Manage and update Noble’s blog and monthly newsletter
Co-manage all website strategic initiatives along with Marketing Manager including creating new webpages and auditing old webpage content while updating in the website CMS. Act as copywriter, storyteller and editor
Track website performance and engagement to present to upper management to inform strategy and make recommendations for improvement
Own lead qualification and routing; track inbound leads from the Noble website, audit leads and pass on to proper Sales team members as part of lead generation goal
Identify opportunities for editorial thought leadership articles and white papers to promote Noble’s value proposition; collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and agencies to develop editorial articles and/or white papers.
Act as Noble editor ensuring all public-facing collateral is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines
Support tradeshow messaging and branding; writing and editing tradeshow collateral such as leave-behinds, post cards, one-pagers, while ensuring alignment with all sales teams through creative briefs
Work intra
- and interdepartmentally to ensure marketing activities are created and published on time
Along with the Marketing Manager, research new opportunities for publications, tradeshows, and external communication opportunities
Stay up to date on emerging traditional advertising, digital, social trends, and best practices
Contribute to the total effectiveness of the marketing department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member What Noble is looking for!
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/journalism, advertising, or related field from an accredited institution
4+ years of professional experience developing and executing strategic marketing/advertising campaigns
Proven experience with tradeshows and/or event planning
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who can effectively juggle multiple complex projects and quickly adapt to changing priorities
Outstanding project management and planning skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to write at an advanced strategic/academic level and understand the key concepts of marketing messaging, creative storytelling, public relations, and technical writing (including how to communicate value in a manner that resonates with business prospects and consumers)
Exceptional proofreading/editing skills and knowledge of AP style
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
Expert level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using AI in content creation, both visual and contextual
Strong interpersonal skills
