Community Liaison EliaCore Venice, FL 34284 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our organization and the community, fostering relationships that promote our mission and enhance community engagement. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for community development. Duties Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance awareness of our programs and services to geriatric communities. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members. Coordinate fundraising initiatives and assist in budgeting for community projects. Utilize social media marketing to promote events, initiatives, and organizational goals. Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of community programs and outreach efforts. Manage public relations activities to enhance the organization’s visibility within the community. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to ensure clear understanding of our mission and services. Collaborate with team members on business development opportunities that align with community needs. Experience Experience and knowledgeable about different adult care communities such as assisted living, nursing home and independent living. Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with budgeting processes and fundraising strategies is advantageous. Strong skills in social media management and marketing are essential. Experience in strategic planning and data collection will be beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
