Your primary focus will be to support Internal Communications managing a wide range of deliverables across the organization that ultimately support our culture of collaboration, innovation, and engagement. We need someone who is a self-starter, comfortable working as an independent contributor and who also takes a team approach to their work, willing to support initiatives outside but related to their daily scope of work. On our team, you will help us plan, build, and implement various communications campaigns and initiatives that align with our company’s vision, values, and goals. You are proficient in English, comfortable composing interesting, informative, and engaging written communications on a daily basis. You are a talented content creator with an eye for designing internal newsletters and Intranet stories that also feature professional quality visuals and graphics. You thrive in a fast-paced workplace managing multiple projects, you’re proactive and committed to delivering exceptional results on behalf of our Communications Team and the company as a whole. Responsibilities Help manage a robust “Internal News Organization” developing creative content for a wide range of internal (and external) communications channels such as company newsletters, presentations, videos, intranet content, podcasts, and social media. Create and distribute various types of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, memos, presentations, videos, podcasts, etc., using appropriate channels and tools Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely delivery of relevant and accurate information across the organization Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communication activities and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement Research and identify best practices and emerging trends in internal communication and employee engagement Organize and coordinate internal events and activities that promote our company’s culture and values Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Bilingual English-Spanish. English C1 level is required. 4 or more years of proven experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and purposes Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content in various formats and media Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and familiar with various communication tools and platforms. Experience creating newsletters and newsletter software platforms. Design background is preferred.
