Role Description:
- One of a team of two Outreach/Communication Specialists who actively perform outreach duties.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Leads briefings, develops materials, and manages stakeholder outreach.

- : + Reports to the Outreach/Communications Lead + Collaborates on strategic plans and outreach partnerships + Coordinates outreach activities (e.
g., MTF briefings, Yellow Ribbon Events, conferences) + Presents/disseminates information about inTransition, RWC, PHCoE + Engages with social media and other media to broaden impact and socialize the program + Develops outreach materials and provides recommendations for improved strategies + Collaborates with VSOs, MOS, and NGOs + Writes reports and After-Action reports and summaries + Supports admin needs for related initiatives

Requirements:
- + Public Trust clearance + Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in public affairs or outreach (military health background preferred)

- Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
