Job Description
Overview Brinkmann Constructors St. Louis office is looking for an experienced, creative and goal-oriented individual to join the team as a Communications Coordinator. This person will be directly involved in elevating and aligning Brinkmann’s internal and external messaging through public relations, media, thought leadership content and internal and external communications collateral. This position will be responsible for the management of Brinkmann’s internal intranet platform, public relations outreach, and creating and managing communication plans for all departments within Brinkmann. This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications. Responsibilities Develop and implement internal communication plans to engage and inform Manage intranet platform Creating and updating content Collaborating with internal departments on content and structure Measuring and evaluating communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback Support internal events and initiatives through communication tactics Develop and maintain an internal and external content calendar Assist with external website content and maintenance Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create unique, focused external content to enhance Brinkmann’s thought leadership campaigns Create communication collateral to support client growth goals, company-wide communication efforts, and more Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent 3 years of experience minimum A/E/C industry experience a plus Strong organizational, communication and design skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time management, efficiency Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Working Conditions:
The Communication Coordinators work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann’s corporate office This role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cycles Light physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and some Standing, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing At Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
