www.mountainfoodproducts.com.• About the job: This is a unique position at the heart of our business operations. In the mornings you’ll be based at our Front Desk. Responsibilities include pricing and checking invoices for the delivery runs and walk-in customers. You’ll be working with our invoicing system, greeting clients, interacting with order pullers and drivers and using our phone/intercom service. This position involves communication, speed, attention to detail and an able to work effectively with a variety of people. Most helpful is the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to meet deadlines. Workday runs from early morning (generally 6AM) to early afternoon. Restaurant experience or an interest in food is a great background. There may be some limited lifting involved. We are looking for personable candidates who bring good communication skills and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Cell phone, basic math ability, and awesome personality. Experience using Quickbooks is excellent, and speaking Spanish is a plus!
