This role oversees field technician logistics, schedules maintenance routes, tracks inventory and repairs, and ensures all data is properly captured in internal and customer systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural problem-solver, and excels at coordinating both people and processes. DUTIES And
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist as needed with the following responsibilities: Generate and distribute weekly maintenance completion reports for key customers. Communicate project status through conference calls and written reports to customers. Submit repair quotes for generators in a timely and accurate manner. Review jobs for billing accuracy and ensure updates are reflected in customer databases. Collaborate with managers to resolve billing discrepancies or questions. Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with internal staff and customer representatives. Work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment. Manage field technicians to ensure compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and company standards. Confirm parts/materials are accurately captured and billed appropriately. Route and schedule technicians for maximum efficiency and alignment with customer expectations. Support monthly budget forecasts and monitor project progress against cost targets. Be available to respond to issues or emergencies outside of normal working hours, as needed.

2+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience (preferred in field services, logistics, or telecom) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets Technologically inclined and quick to learn new software platforms and apps Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities or projects at once Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management abilities Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and data accuracy Willingness to learn and a strong team-player mentality Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding job progress and issues Experience managing or coordinating a team of field technicians (preferred)
