Akkodis is seeking a Communications Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Remote) . Candidates must have experience creating content across internal channels like newsletters, intranet, and Viva Engage, with the ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.

Rate Range:

$28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Communications Specialist job responsibilities include:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with corporate goals and enhance employee engagement. Create compelling content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet pages, Viva Engage, and mass email tools like Poppulo. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support communication needs, including HR initiatives and organizational updates. Support live and virtual meetings by preparing messaging, scripts, and follow-up communications. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and continuously improve strategies. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all internal communication platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years in communications, public relations, or a similar role. Proven experience creating content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, Viva Engage, and mass email tools like Poppulo. Pay Details:
