1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Communications contributor role that supports teammate engagement administration, programs, and events, including internal engagement campaigns, CIO Townhalls and Site Visits, and community activations. The primary scope of the role is to support the engagement of the CIO and senior leadership team with Enterprise Technology teammates and target markets. Will support engagement administration, planning and organization with ET Comms team, Corp Comms, Enterprise Tech leaders, and vendors, as needed. Assist with Engagement calendars, internal comms platforms, managing event attendance and follow-up, using data-driven approach, to build culture and excellence across Enterprise Technology team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Support the administration, planning, organization and execution of teammate engagement across Enterprise Technology. 2. Work with Enterprise Technology Engagement Lead and subject matter experts to coordinate and support the development of teammate experience program designs, plans, metrics, and execution strategy to ensure ROI. 3. Maintain a working-level understanding of Enterprise Technology strategy, leaders, and dynamics between ET and the organization. 4. Contribute to development and delivery of compelling content/messaging and graphics/videos for CIO town halls, conferences, speaking engagements and events. 5. Plan content/messaging and graphics/videos for town halls, conferences, speaking engagements and events. 6. Create positive news to build the company’s brand, advance our purpose, and promote our solutions and services. 7. Identify and consult with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information and data.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated corporate communications and event planning experience Extremely detailed and process-oriented skillset, ensuring accuracy and thorough work. 4. Work well in a team environment, as well as supporting executive-level leaders. 5. Have excellent abilities to design presentations and articulate recommendations 6. Have excellent attention to detail and highly organized, proven experience meeting deadlines. 7. Proactive, with excellent time management, prioritization, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting all deadlines with excellence and calm.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English 2. Experience in Financial Services industry, or agency experience
