Communications Specialist Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Communications Specialist to support a global industrial client’s corporate communications team. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and knows how to deliver compelling content across multiple internal channels.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Develop and implement internal communication strategies + Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, Viva Engage, and virtual/live meetings + Design and distribute dynamic mass emails using tools like Poppulo + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment + Monitor and analyze communication metrics to optimize strategy and engagement
• Required Qualifications
• + Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field + 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role + Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience with HR communications + Background in large, matrixed, global organizations (especially industrial/manufacturing) + Proficiency with internal communication platforms (e.
