As the receptionist for our busy Veterinary hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive at the hospital Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services Willingness to help safely and kindly restrain animals for routine services Qualifications Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred but we are more than happy to provide on the job training. Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills
