Communications Coordinator Accentuate Staffing Wendell, NC 27591 Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Communications Coordinator for a 3-4 month contract role in Wendell, NC. The Communications Coordinator will assist in the implementation of the overall Marketing plan and brand compliance. This position demands a Marketing professional with attention for detail and excellent multitasking abilities and will be responsible for producing high-quality written materials, coordinating brand compliance requests and ensuring all deliverables meet required brand standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for administering content across multiple Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as, assisting in other functions and initiatives within the Marketing Department. Responsibilities Produce high-quality written content for corporate communications. Coordinate consistent messaging for web, print and other marketing materials. Administer CMS content updates and assure quality of website information. Administer and maintain B2B content management platform and corporate communications content within the site. Administer all brand compliance requests and violations. Work with internal teams to resolve any compliance-based problems as they arise. Assist with compiling data by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Assist with marketing budget tracking including preparing approvals, purchase orders, invoice payment and budget reconciliation. Assist in social community management, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Coordinate other functions and initiatives within the Marketing Department. Assist with event support as needed. Requirements BS/BA in marketing, communications or related field. 5+ years of experience relevant work experience in Marketing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills. Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, as well as, within a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adapts quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Ability to anticipate, manage and resolve conflicts. Experience administering website content through content management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook). Experience with MS Dynamics CRM. Experience with WordPress & Umbraco CMS’s.
