Overview:

The Enterprise Change Office is a new department and is in the process of building out capabilities related to business planning, portfolio management and change management for the enterprise. We are looking for a Communications Specialist to assist with internal communication planning, presentation development for various audiences, including executives, Board members, and associates, and writing articles for our intranet site and newsletters. This position consults on and develops internal communications that convey the Bank’s corporate priorities and positively reflect our brand. Develops, edits, and designs intranet content and articles, podcasts, videos and other internal leader communications. Serves as a key partner to strategic projects by creating and managing communications plans that ensure concise, timely, and effective communication to associates. Facilitates effective collaboration across departments. Provides written and editorial consulting services to business leaders, associates, and internal partners to align communication needs with strategic results.

Required:

7+ years in an internal communications focused role Enterprise-wide communication strategy planning, development and execution Expert level MS PowerPoint skills are a must Experience creating presentations tailored to various audiences (IT vs. business, line level employee vs. C-Suite) Change management and change communications experience Experience writing articles, newsletters, email updates, etc. Experience creating documentation to describe a high level, programmatic, enterprise-wide change is ideal (such as evangelizing a new organization that affects all departments) Excellent verbal and communication skills – expectation is to not need your work proofread for grammar, spelling or clarity Strong professionalism Bachelors Degree; preference for communications related EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
