Role and Responsibilities:

Supports communications for Lenovo’s Commercial Segment Team, including message, script, and presentation support across events such as social media content, town halls, team announcements, videos, etc.
Collaborates closely with the IDG WW Internal Communications Team on related internal comms activities for the Business Group. Collaborates closely with the IDG WW External Communications Team on related PR, analyst, and external communications activities for the Business Group.
Creates/designs strong presentation materials across PowerPoint, videos, etc.
Works with Commercial Chief of Staff on key deliverables, messaging, and event coordination

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience writing for various channels, including social media content, video scripts, executive emails, and keynotes
Bachelor’s degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent writing and editing skills – experience in technology industry a plus
Visual storyteller; strong design and video editing experience a plus
Highly proficient in the suite of Microsoft products and GenAI tools
Thrives in deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and excels at working on global teams
