COMPENSATION

: A competitive compensation package is on offer, including $55,000 base salary, 2 weeks of vacation, and remote work flexibility.

THE OPPORTUNITY

: Our client seeks a Training & Communications Coordinator for a 12-14 month contract with the potential for this opportunity to transition into a permanent, long-term role . This fully remote position is open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those in the Raleigh, NC area (though not required).

POSITION DESCRIPTION

: Support the execution of training programs by managing training schedules, materials, and logistics. Maintain and update the learning management system with training content, tracking learner progress and generating reports. Develop and publish internal communications via email, intranet posts, and training updates to engage franchisees and staff. Design and update intranet pages to ensure franchise business owners have access to training schedules and resources. Oversee scheduling and coordination for their podcast, ensuring timely content creation and distribution. Collaborate with trainers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless training delivery and communication.

EXPERIENCE

: 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, internal communications, or learning management systems preferred. Exposure to working in a business, education, or corporate training environment. Hands-on experience with content creation, graphic design (Canva or similar), and video editing is an asset. Experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting is beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and manage internal systems such as learning management systems, intranet platforms, and digital communication tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional, engaging content. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
