Marketing Communications Specialist RC Brayshaw & Company Warner, NH 03278 Marketing Communication Specialist Develop the strategy with our Sales and Marketing Team, create content and implement integrated marketing campaigns in a variety of vertical markets leveraging all aspects of multi-channel communications including print, personal response channels, SEM, SEO, Social Media, email marketing, video, blogs, and web analytics. The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of data driven techniques, who can seamlessly merge digital and traditional marketing initiatives together, providing a positive ROI for our campaigns. Create Marketing strategy and lead specialty digital projects IE websites, microsites, mobile strategy, campaign expansion, new ideas and initiatives. Assist the sales team with responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, presentations and sales requests. Requirements 3-5 + years of overall marketing experience Strong communication skills for both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities Must be able to create concepts with compelling messages, both small and large scale, and translate them into cohesive and marketing programs Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; understands how to generate meaningful results and

Sales Ready Leads Job Responsibilities:

Project management for multi-channel marketing projects such as emails, social media, direct mail or website support Ability to perform email planning and scheduling, digital advertising, and marketing automation Provide accurate timelines and estimates for projects Interact with customers/prospects via phone, email, and in person Assist sales and marketing team with administrative duties A great work ethic that adheres to project timelines

Skills & Requirements:

Degree in communications / business / marketing / related field or a combination of post high school experience Understanding of social media marketing principles, experience with social media platforms and demonstrated ability to transform these skills into to build targeted campaigns Experience with Email Marketing software or Marketing Automation, HubSpot Experience with SEM via Google Ads Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Experience with WordPress Salary is commensurate with experience.
