Your Impact Supports the team in conceptualizing and executing strong, forward thinking, 360 degree brand relevant PR strategies to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure and optimize storytelling Supports team with drafts of brand press releases, pitches, launch workback schedules, media FAQs and all internal leadership decks and initiative share backs Acts as a collaborative liaison to all internal partners, establishing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships and communication flow – i.e. – External Communications, Customer Care Center, Ethics & Compliance, Legal and beyond o Confident management style with the ability to communicate effectively in all forms and at all levels. Create hindsight learnings for brand launches and initiatives that include event highlights, media impressions and more for distribution to leaders and associates. Works in lock step with Marketing team to support strategic brand partnerships Works closely to support managing PR Agency on brand PR strategy for brand launches leveraging campaign talent for press opportunities Works closely with director on fashion editorial relationship management for the brand as well as plan and host editorial events Support in management for event production for the brand for press moments including but not limited to coordinating talent, guest lists and press strategy Supports talent management through liaising with talent agents, publicists and social teams Coordinates campaign talent press day and interviews in partnership with director and PR agency Disseminates assets to campaign talent ahead of launches to secure social coverage and posts Proactively strategizes, trouble shoots and consistently creates solutions where needed Oversees strategic planning for luxe gifting strategy Strategically contributes to seasonal planning for brand moments Oversees reporting, analytics and recapping across all launches and activations and provides strategic recommendations for future forward Highly motivated and committed with a can-do attitude – thrives on the demands of a busy work environment with enthusiasm, high energy and a determination to deliver top tier results Effectively manages completion of tasks with high standard Creatively attuned and able to generate new ideas consistently that are in line with brand aesthetic Time management – punctual and reliable, detail oriented, able to confidently multi-task and manage others to perform multiple duties to the required deadlines

Minimum Salary:

$96,800.00

Maximum Salary:

$132,195.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
