Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatileCommunications and Social Media Specialist to join our team. Thisindividual is an integral part of the global Marketing functionwhile also partnering closely with the Human Resources team tosupport Onit’s global workforce. This role requires a unique blendof skills in social media marketing, internal communications, andpublic relations. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker,an excellent communicator, and a strategic planner. KeyResponsibilities Internal Communications Craft and distributeinternal communications, including staff emails, newsletters, andannouncements. Collaborate with various departments to ensureconsistent and effective messaging. Maintain an internalcommunications calendar and ensure timely delivery of messages. Actas an extension of the employee experience team to shepherd andamplify key brand messages that drive engagement, awareness, andsatisfaction to internal customers (employees). Social MediaMarketing Develop and execute social media strategies to enhancebrand awareness and engagement. Manage and grow our social mediapresence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Createcompelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailoredto our target audience. Monitor social media trends and analyticsto optimize performance and report on key metrics.

Monitor and steward our brand externally on platforms like LinkedInand Glassdoor. Public Relations Write and edit press releases topromote company news, product launches, and achievements. Act as across-functional coordinator for press releases, media inquiries,and influencer marketing. Monitor media coverage and compilereports on PR activities and outcomes. Qualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, ora related field. 3 years of experience in social media marketing,internal communications, and public relations. Strong writing,editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in social mediamanagement tools and analytics platforms. Excellent organizationaland project management abilities. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset witha keen eye for detail.
