Garden City Realty is looking for a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team and lead real estate marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and success for our agents and clients. In this dynamic role, you will support the real estate department by developing marketing materials, managing campaigns, overseeing social media, coordinating promotional events, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will also lead our in-house marketing team—providing clear direction, facilitating collaboration, and helping the team grow and thrive. What You will
Do:
Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with real estate agents and the marketing team. Manage agent social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase engagement and visibility. Create and distribute email campaigns and e-newsletters using our CRM and marketing tools. Design and update sales collateral, listing presentations, and promotional materials. Organize and participate in real estate events, both on-site and off-site. Maintain marketing inventory, track MLS listings, and ensure accuracy in all listings and promotions. Lead the marketing team—assigning tasks, mentoring, and guiding team members to reach their potential. Monitor real estate trends, market conditions, and campaign performance to inform strategy. Track and report on the effectiveness of social, email, and digital campaigns. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing platforms. What We are
Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum 2 – 5 years of marketing, communications, or real estate experience (real estate license a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office. Comfortable managing social media platforms and CRM systems. Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail with a creative and data-driven mindset. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
