Job Overview:

The Investor Experience organization is currently hiring a Sr. Product Analyst on the Advisor Communication Solutions Team. Advisor Communications Solutions is responsible for understanding advisors’ office communication needs (e.g., email, chat, text, etc.) and ensuring they have the tools available to meet those needs. As a member of the Product team, the Sr. Product Analyst helps advisors learn how to use the communication solutions we offer and contribute to the information and tactics needed to drive product adoption.

Responsibilities:

Develop hands-on expertise with relevant Advisor Communication Solutions Provide product demonstrations for advisors, institutions and LPL employees who want to learn about the solutions Support the Product Manager and Product Owner on advisor and employee-facing tasks Function as an escalation point for advisors, institutions and LPL employees to help resolve issues when advisors are not getting the support they need thru the product vendor or LPL support teams Participate in all testing activities to ensure new features and capabilities work as expected Manage advisor enrollment data to ensure LPL has accurate records on which advisors are enrolled in specific products Develop and maintain advisor feedback reporting, as well as provide summary analysis Develop and maintain product adoption reporting, as well as provide summary analysis Present analysis to leadership as input to general decision-making Coordinate recurring documentation required for third party risk management What are we looking for? We are looking for people who develop hands-on expertise in the products they support. They are confident working directly with advisors and their staff. They demonstrate professionalism competency and empathy in their interactions with advisors and their staff.

Requirements:

2 years of professional experience as a business analyst, product owner or equivalent role in an agile team 2 plus years working proficiency with

Microsoft Excel Core Competencies:

Empathy for the user experience and a passion for helping our advisors realize the value of our products Passion for organizing work and managing details Ability to manage basic data files, derive summary analysis and recommend best course of action Basic understanding of risk management as applied to legal, regu Problems and opportunities; confident taking action, even if not directly assigned Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks

Preferences:

Experience with customer-facing roles Experience working with a scrum team Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications Experience working with software apps used to communicate via email, text, or chat Experience working with any AI software and office might use to help manage their business

Pay Range:

$78,375-$130,625/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
