Communications Specialist 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN 37212 POSITION SUMMARY The Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in producing quality copy across a variety of platforms, including marketing communications, web content, brand development, and Press Releases with a consistent voice that represents Cooper Steel.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Promote a strong quality culture throughout the company maintaining Cooper Steel’s core priorities: Safety, Quality, Production Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure our voice and branding is carried out consistently Write, edit, and streamline short and long form copy Continually learn, research, and recommend compelling copy ideas based on best practices per channel Collaborate across department teams to understand brand objectives and incorporate them into communications Contribute to content planning and strategy of marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing department and overall company goals Maintain a detail-oriented eye, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications Work closely with the Marketing Director to assist with other projects as needed Other duties as assigned
