Job Purpose This role supports a wide range of internal and external communications efforts—with a strong emphasis on graphic design—to help enhance LP’s corporate reputation. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller and strong communicator who can bring high-visibility campaigns to life across print, digital, social media, and more, while gaining hands-on experience across public relations, community relations, and internal engagement initiatives. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Design compelling visuals and multimedia assets for use in internal communications, recruitment marketing, social media, and other external channels. Support the execution of communication campaigns and projects that align with business goals and brand guidelines. Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce print materials, digital graphics, videos, and web content. Assist in managing and updating content for the corporate website to ensure consistency and accuracy. Contribute to internal communications efforts, including presentations, newsletters, digital signage, employee engagement programs, and intranet updates. Collaborate with the team on corporate social media strategy and content creation. Conduct research and assist with submissions for industry awards and recognition programs. Support community engagement efforts by helping plan and organize corporate volunteer events through the LP Foundation. Stay informed on communication trends, design best practices, and new tools to bring fresh ideas to team projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
