Nashville Thrives Communication Specialist 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 1704 Charlotte Ave # 200, Nashville, TN 37203 This is a grant funded, full time employee position contingent on continued funding from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS). The Prevention Specialist reports directly to the Project Director and is responsible for assisting with project implementation and evaluation.
