Events & Communications Coordinator Goodwill Industries–Knoxville, Inc. We operate 26 retail stores in 15 counties to serve over 1,803 individuals annually. The agency supports its mission through community donations, retail store operations, and vocational training programs. Profits from the sale of donated items go directly into vocational training and employment services. By supporting Goodwill, the community contributes to meaningful employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers. Role Description The Events & Communications Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all organizational events and for leading the development and distribution of internal and external communications. This role ensures brand consistency, audience engagement, and the successful delivery of messages through various communication channels including digital newsletters, printed materials, public service announcements (PSAs), social media, and more. Qualifications Bachelor of Public Relations, Communication, Marketing and/or related field 1-3 years of professional experience Command of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms, Google Adwords, Canva, and various other Marketing/Graphic Design software and platforms.
