Benefits of Employment (Applies to full-time, non-police employees only) Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Assist in development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to help parents, families, and students build affinity toward UofM, including but not limited to creating materials to encourage active parent and family engagement, promote student engagement in on-campus events and activities, and to tell the story of the UofM experience from dual perspectives. Manage the Parent and Family Services and the ExperienceUofM social media accounts and provide training for other staff within the department as to social media and newsletter communications. Assist in the development and maintenance of parent-facing digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, chatbots, virtual courses and online communities, to provide timely parent and family information, resources, and interactive learning experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Support and staff all Parent & Family Services events including Parent and Family Weekend, Parent and Family Spring Day, Tiger Talks, fundraisers, send-off events, and community events. Duties & Responsibilities Provide additional support for departmental objectives, assessment, program review, and planning efforts for Parent and Family Services and the Parent and Family Association (PFA), under the guidance of the Assistant Director, Parent and Family Services.
