Your role on the team:

Creates, maintains and coordinates the clearance & issuance of digital messages across multiple channels Applies global standards to the activation of digital channels and the Intranet for the Americas region by managing new channel launches, digital channel guidance, and engaging with the field through visits to the operations/offices as well as conducting focus groups and listening sessions; including but not limited to internal communications needs, campaign management, and content development Proactively follows up with the Intranet content owners across the Region’s functions and countries for updates and content changes Participates in “Social Listening” to identify trends & opportunities to communicate internally as well as on how to improve our recruiting efforts Supervises the production or implementation of internal employee communications and recruiting marketing materials Tracks campaigns; Prepares performance analysis reports of post-campaign Maintains open lines of communication with all functions and lines of business within Americas and provides prompt answers to requests to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective communications Travels up to 30% of the time Other duties as required and assigned What you need: Bachelor’s degree in communications or digital marketing or related field from 4-year college or university Minimum 2-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and training Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and social media channels Experience with developing and posting content to CMS tools such as SharePoint or Lumapps Knowledge of marketing principles Knowledge of the latest technologies and how they can be applied in digital marketing and internal communication PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to develop reports Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule for Ability to effectively manage a project and work both independently and as a team member Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals What you gain from joining our team: Access wages early with the Rain financial wellness app Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through First Stop Health is available on the first day of employment!
