Immediate Mane Loft Salon is seeking a talented and organized Content Creator / Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and elevate our online presence. This on-site role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, community building, and beauty culture. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, supporting our stylists with their own content needs, and helping turn our online audience into a thriving, loyal fan base.

What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Strategize, plan, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Post daily Instagram Stories that align with our brand voice and showcase the energy and experience of Mane Loft
- Create and publish 3 curated, on-brand posts per week on Instagram and TikTok (Reels, carousels, videos, etc.)
- Update Pinterest boards monthly to reflect current trends, services, and brand aesthetics
- Capture, edit, and provide content on-site for stylists to support their individual brand growth
- Build and engage a community of followers that feel personally connected to our salon, stylists, and services
- Maintain and strengthen our existing brand identity in all content creation — tone, visual style, and messaging must be consistent across platforms
- Use Canva, Adobe, and scheduling tools to stay efficient and professional
- Monitor insights and trends to refine strategy and grow engagement organically
Who You Are:
- Creative, collaborative, and highly organized
- Naturally social and energized by a salon environment
- Obsessed with branding and keeping messaging consistent
- Excited to create a community, not just followers — your goal is to turn our online audience into devoted fans and engaged clients
- Experienced with visual content tools and social platforms
- Comfortable with both creative autonomy and executing a brand’s vision
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Brand Management (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in social media management and content creation — portfolio or examples required
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, and content scheduling tools
- Familiar with trends and strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Strong visual design, copywriting, and editing skills
- Available on-site 3-5 days per week, including content creation and campaign planning days.
- This role can eventually become hybrid
