Job Description

Support Specialist, Digital Transformation 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Torrington, CT 06790 • Remote Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking individuals to fill the position of Support Specialist, Digital Transformation. Working with our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for creating and developing engaging and effective e-learning and training content by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. This includes utilizing AI assistants for scriptwriting, generating video content, and producing synthetic voice-overs, alongside traditional content creation methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in e-learning and training, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance the learning experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leverage generative AI tools to draft, refine, and produce e-learning and training content, including scripts, video storyboards, and voice-over narration. Utilize AI-powered video and voice generation software, alongside traditional authoring tools, to create interactive and engaging multimedia content. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather core information, using AI to synthesize inputs and rapidly generate initial content drafts for SME review and validation. Critically review, edit, and fact-check all AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand standards and tone. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that content is consistent with brand standards. Ensure that content meets all quality standards. Track and analyze e-learning and training metrics to measure effectiveness. Work on special projects as needed. Perform any other duties as required by the Director of Support, Digital Transformation, or their designee.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Exposure to or experience in the human services field. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with specific experience in prompt engineering and refining AI-generated text. Strong computer skills with direct experience or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn AI content creation platforms for video, voice, and text generation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Therap is an affirmative action equal opportunity employer.
