Part-Time Social Media Content Creator. We seek a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team part-time and help elevate our presence on Instagram and TikTok.

Job Summary:
We seek a talented Social Media Content Creator to conceptualize, develop, and manage engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating compelling visuals and scroll-stopping videos that connect, understands current social media trends, and knows how to communicate with audiences to elevate brand awareness and drive sales. A strong on-camera presence is essential—you’ll occasionally represent our brand in Instagram Reels, confidently speaking in clear, engaging English to explain products, share scent stories, and bring our fragrance world to life, one reel at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Planning:
Develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok. Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that align with our brand identity. Plan content to ensure consistent posting and engagement. Will be responsible for providing a content calendar approxamtly 30 days before posting for approval from management.
Strategy and Ideation:
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to brainstorm and develop content ideas to increase brand awareness and revenue. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure content is current and engaging. Make data-driven recommendations for content improvements and optimizations.
Engagement and Community Management:
Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers.
On-Camera Presence Required:
The ideal candidate will be confident speaking in front of the camera and fluent in English. You will be responsible for presenting and explaining products clearly and engagingly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other video content. A strong on-camera presence and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating content for Instagram and TikTok. Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media analytics. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
