Content Creator and Social Media Specialist 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33602 We are a high-performing boutique real estate brokerage located on Harbour Island, and we are seeking a skilled content creator to produce and post lifestyle and educational videos. We value quality, but our content doesn’t need to be overly formal or staged. Our goal is to capture our team in authentic moments while educating our clients through short-form content. You will focus on creating videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and more, highlighting our agents and properties.

Responsibilities:

Shoot high-quality short-form videos and still images Edit and subtitle videos for social media (example – https://www.instagram.com/p/DJHl827sHmY/) Post content directly to our social media channels

Qualifications:

Strong skills in content creation and editing, including video production Proven experience in social media marketing and management The ability to create valuable and entertaining content from our daily work environment to engage our audience Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively

IMPORTANT

This position requires in-person work at our office (NOT REMOTE) during scheduled hours. We offer flexibility in the days and hours worked for the right candidate. The role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor agreement, with payments made twice a month on the 15th and the 30th.
