This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, strong video editing skills, and the ability to work independently with clear goals. You’ll play a key role in helping us showcase our vehicles, highlight customer stories, and bring energy and personality to our growing brand. We’re a fun, ambitious team and we’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about turning ideas into videos as we are.

Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website Collaborate with leadership to create ideas for vehicle showcases, customer testimonials, community events, and behind-the-scenes content Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging Stay up to date with trends in video content, editing styles, and social media algorithms Attend and film up to 3-4 special events per year (e.g., holiday parties, parades)

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience creating and editing social media video content Proficiency with major social platforms and knowledge of video formatting and best practices (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage your creative workflow Access to and experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling, sound, and pacing Outgoing, upbeat personality comfortable on-site and around people Available for onsite filming and 2-3 after-hours events per year Our Ideal Candidate will also have… Knowledge of social media analytics and SEO-driven content strategies Experience creating content for automotive, lifestyle, or small business brands Your own filming equipment (camera, gimbal, microphones, drone, lighting, etc.) Ability to shoot both vertical and horizontal content formats for multi-platform use Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or native platform tools) Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

10-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on content calendar and dealership needs We will coordinate with your business and/or personal schedule Editing can be completed at home

Compensation:
