Do you love crafting scroll-stopping content and building authentic connections online? Simple Social is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the creative force behind social content strategies for multiple clients, with a strong focus on capturing and curating real-time, on-site content. What You’ll Do Content Creation & Execution Develop and execute client-specific social media strategies Capture, create, and publish engaging photo, video, and graphic content Collaborate on-site with clients to capture authentic, real-time content Platform Management Maintain consistent posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more Manage content calendars that align with marketing campaigns Engage with audiences—responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly Analytics & Optimization Track key performance metrics and analyze social media data Deliver regular reports and insights to guide strategic adjustments Client Collaboration Be the bridge between Simple Social and its clients Host regular check-ins and provide updates on campaign progress Stay Ahead of Trends Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends and tools Experiment with new formats and creative tactics to keep content fresh What You Bring Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts Strong storytelling skills in photo, video, and graphics Experience with tools like Buffer, Canva, and native platform features Excellent communication and time-management skills Creative, adaptable, and organized with a team-first mindset Excellent research skills in identifying market trends and audience preferences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
