The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish , and bring fresh, innovative ideas to showcase our services, highlight patient transformations, and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This person will be the on-camera face of our brand on social media —representing Miami Perfect Smile with authenticity, charisma, and professionalism. You’ll help us build trust with our audience by telling real patient stories and creating content that reflects the heart of our practice. Key Responsibilities Brainstorm and develop original content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts) that reflects the Miami Perfect Smile brand. Write engaging scripts for videos, interviews, and educational or inspirational content. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and campaign goals. Participate in video shoots at the clinic, representing the brand on camera while showcasing procedures, results, and patient testimonials in a professional and engaging way. Stay current on trends in dental aesthetics and social media, applying them strategically to content planning. Serve as the digital face and voice of the brand, conveying trust, warmth, and confidence in every piece of content. Requirements Proven experience as a content creator or influencer on Instagram, TikTok, or other digital platforms. Applicants must include links to their personal social media accounts or examples of previous content created for other brands or employers. Full fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong creative skills for conceptualizing visual content, storytelling, and scriptwriting. Must be confident appearing regularly on camera as the visible face of the brand. Comfortable engaging with patients and creating emotionally compelling content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus if you have:

Experience in dental aesthetics, health, beauty, or personal care industries. Familiarity with basic content editing tools (editing not required but a plus).
