Our mission is to improve health outcomes through patient-centered, natural approaches that address the root causes of chronic conditions. In addition to diabetes care, we offer IV hydration and vitamin therapy to support overall wellness. We are expanding our digital presence to reach more people in our community and welcome new patients who are looking for personalized support in chronic care, prevention, and whole-body wellness.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Student Volunteer – Social Media & Digital Content Creator to help grow and manage our online presence. Your primary role will be to create and manage content for Instagram and Facebook, while also assisting in the launch of new platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. As a secondary role, you will support the visual design and online implementation of our completed patient education materials into an interactive platform. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about health, wellness, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

As a volunteer, your duties include: Content Creation & Social Media Support (Primary Role): Planning, writing, and scheduling at least 2 engaging posts per week for Instagram and Facebook Assisting in the launch and growth of TikTok and YouTube channels Filming or editing short-form videos for Reels, Stories, or educational content Aligning content with our clinic’s mission and visual branding Monitoring engagement and contributing creative ideas to grow our following Patient Education Platform Support (Secondary Role): Designing and helping implement an interactive online version of our completed educational content Supporting layout, visual storytelling, and user experience design for web-based learning Collaborating on platform structure, design flow, and accessibility features

Team Collaboration:

Attending one in-person meeting per week at our clinic for content review and planning Working remotely the remainder of the time (flexible schedule)

Passion for health, wellness, or storytelling Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Creative, reliable, and self-motivated Consistently produces high-quality work Able to work independently while being receptive to feedback Committed to professionalism and confidentiality

Eligibility:

To apply, you must meet all five criteria: MUST be 18 or older MUST be fluent in English (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a bonus) MUST have a background or be currently studying marketing, public health, health communications, digital media, or graphic design MUST have reliable access to both a smartphone and a computer MUST have experience creating content for

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Terms of Participation:

All content created as part of this volunteer role—including graphics, videos, captions, and digital materials—will become the exclusive property of Insulinic of Florida and its affiliates. Volunteers must sign a content release agreement stating that they will not retain rights, claim royalties, or repurpose content for personal or commercial use outside of their portfolio. Volunteers are welcome to showcase selected work in their portfolio or resume with appropriate credit, upon approval.
