THIS POSITION FOR OUR BOCA RATON LOCATION
Position Overview As the Social Media Coordinator , you will be the voice of Kogan & DiSalvo across multiple social platforms. You’ll create, manage, and optimize content that informs, engages, and reflects the values of our firm. Working alongside our marketing, legal, and compliance teams, you’ll ensure everything we post meets industry standards and firm guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, e-commerce, and public relations, along with proficiency in various design tools to create compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Partner with attorneys and staff to showcase legal insights, client success stories, and firm culture. Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and respond appropriately, with sensitivity to legal guidelines. Report on key performance metrics and make data-driven content decisions. Ensure all content complies with advertising rules and firm confidentiality policies. Maintain the social media content calendar and adhere to internal approval workflows. Stay informed on legal marketing trends and social media best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media in a regulated or professional environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to brand voice and legal tone.
