AI Knowledge and Experience:

Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance business operations, sales, and customer experience.

Shopify E-commerce Management:

Manage and update our Shopify website with new templets, ensuring it is optimized with the latest Google SEO practices. Implement new updates and apps to improve website functionality and user experience.

Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute trending social media marketing strategies across various platforms like TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, and YOUTUBE to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaigns.

Video and Picture Editing:

Edit and produce high-quality videos and photos for social media, website content, and marketing materials. Platforms like SHOPIFY, TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, and

YOUTUBE. OR

also taking pictures of our jewelry and loose stones for website listing.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in the above areas. Applicants should be able to provide credentials and/or proof of experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in AI tools and technologies. In-depth knowledge of Shopify on how to edit the website, including SEO best practices and app integrations. Strong social media marketing skills. Expertise in video and picture editing software. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education:

Relevant certifications or VALID proof of your projects from your previous jobs, hobbies, for E-commerce, social media marketing, or related fields are preferred.

Job Types:

$40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
