Role:

We’re seeking a highly creative and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our in-person team in Boynton Beach. You’ll attend events (mostly evenings and weekends) to capture compelling content and develop buzz-worthy campaigns across social media and digital channels. This is not a remote position — you must be available weekly at our HQ and on-site at live events.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and capture content at events using photo/video equipment. Create, edit, and publish social media content (posts, stories, reels). Design marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign. Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and execute content calendars and paid ad campaigns. Blog and write copy for social posts, website, and email blasts. Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics across platforms. Work with other departments to keep the website and promo materials up to date.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years in content creation, social media management, or event marketing. Experience with photography/videography and editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite). Strong writing and copy-editing skills — must love to write! Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok ads, and Google Ads a plus. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategy. Able to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for live events. Strong communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points for:

Familiarity with WordPress or Squarespace Experience managing multiple social accounts Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
