- Developing and managing the social media strategy and content calendar.
- Creating original, engaging, and high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Leading video and photo shoots; editing content tailored for short-form and long-form formats.
- Growing and engaging with our online community, including replying to comments and DMs, and spotting trends.
- Analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies to maximize visibility and reach.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, design, customer experience) and external creators or influencers.
- Protecting and enhancing soNomad’s visual and narrative identity across all platforms.
- Staying ahead of social media trends and turning them into relevant, creative content. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- A standout portfolio showcasing originality, storytelling, and results (include link).
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong grasp of social media trends and algorithms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable on camera or directing talent, you know what stops the scroll.
- Passion for travel, tech, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.
