Youth Volunteer Social Media Manager Bake & Serve Inc. 9100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Job Summary — Social Media Manager (This is an unpaid position) The Social Media Manager at Bake & Serve is the creative voice behind our mission. This role is perfect for someone who loves making aesthetic posts, creating engaging content, and telling stories that inspire kindness and community. You’ll lead the planning and posting for our Instagram and TikTok accounts, highlight events, and grow awareness about how Bake & Serve is making a difference — one sweet treat at a time. This is a flexible, youth-friendly leadership role that offers creative freedom, portfolio building, and service hours. Duties Plan and post content regularly on Bake & Serve’s Instagram and TikTok Capture photos/videos at events or collect them from volunteers Create reels, carousels, and stories that showcase events, member highlights, and community impact Collaborate with the Fundraising Team to promote events and campaigns Use Canva, CapCut, or InShot to design posts and edit videos (or tools you love!) Develop hashtags, captions, and content that reflect our voice and mission Engage with followers and respond to DMs/comments Track engagement and growth monthly (basic stats are fine!) Qualifications High school or college student (or a social media-savvy volunteer!) Passion for creativity, digital storytelling, and community impact Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools Strong visual eye and understanding of trends Reliable with deadlines and scheduling Positive attitude and collaborative mindset This is a volunteer leadership position that counts for community service hours and can double as a creative portfolio project.
