Job Description DynamiX is seeking a highly organized Web Content Migration Administrator to support the migration of content from legacy websites into Octane, our proprietary Content Management System. You will play a critical role in transferring and optimizing website content to ensure a high-quality, consistent, and polished launch experience across multiple client sites. As a member of the team, you will be expected to be self-sufficient, able to manage your own workload and timelines, and refine our current processes to push them forward. Responsibilities Migrate content (text, images, videos, documents) from existing websites into new sites built within Octane. Accurately format, structure, and tag content according to site-specific requirements and DynamiX best practices. Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to validate content accuracy, links, media assets, and formatting post-migration. Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to maintain alignment with project schedules and client expectations. Track migration progress using internal tools and provide regular updates on status and any issues encountered. Identify and escalate content gaps, missing assets, or technical inconsistencies for resolution. Support post-migration reviews, audits, and adjustments based on client or internal feedback. Required Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining content quality and consistency. Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to project-specific needs. Basic familiarity with web best practices, including formatting, SEO basics, and usability. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues or concerns. Bonus Points Experience managing or migrating web content, preferably across multiple sites or projects.
