Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Digital Communications Assistant (English/Spanish) to support the creation and coordination of digital content for training and program-related initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow their skills in digital communication and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and editing simple training materials, such as: Handouts, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations Short tutorial videos using screen recording tools (basic editing) Help upload and manage content on our WordPress Engine-based website Follow brand guidelines to ensure all materials are consistent and clear Support the team in maintaining an organized digital content library

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Canva and Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Comfortable learning new tech tools (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or WordPress is a plus) Basic video editing experience (e.g., trimming clips, adding text) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to manage time across multiple projects Interest in training, education, or nonprofit work is a plus

Job Types:

Part-time, Temporary Pay:

$21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift No weekends
