Job Description
How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Program Manager, Digital Content & Merchandising will support the merchandising and content strategy for Delta Vacations’ digital platforms. This role is responsible for optimizing digital touchpoints, including the booking path, web and app marketing placements, and content pages, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility, elevating the customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day planning, development, and management of Delta Vacations marketing content across Delta and Delta Vacations digital platforms (web and app), serving as the project owner for creative development, proofing, quality assurance (QA), scheduling, tracking and reporting. Lead the implementation of web content enhancements, ensuring optimal page content flow, functionality, and an audience-centric user experience (UX) while aligning with broader business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to launch testing, optimization and personalization campaigns while supporting their creation, implementation and maintenance. Implement product sort order and badging within the booking path in collaboration with cross-functional team to drive upsell and overall conversions. Support the discovery, development and implementation of new digital enhancement case studies, technology integrations, and merchandising initiatives to drive trial and upsell. Partner with internal teams to analyze data and develop relevant and useful merchandising and content recommendations. This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital/eCommerce, Marketing, or related field from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, digital content strategy, or related field Working knowledge of content strategy and digital principles. Working knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization. Project management experience with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and using data to drive insights and performance optimization. Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
