Position Overview:
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for developing, creating, and scheduling engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and values. You’ll manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile on a weekly basis to increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and post creative, high-quality content weekly on Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile Capture engaging photos and videos of menu items, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner Keep up with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly Collaborate with the team to plan promotions, specials, and campaigns Track performance metrics and suggest ways to improve content reach and effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses (restaurant or food-related preferred) Strong content creation skills including photography, video, editing, and writing captions Ability to think creatively and work independently Strong time management skills and ability to meet weekly posting schedules Knowledge of current trends on Instagram and TikTok Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools is a plus
