Digital Content Designer Job Description:
As a Digital Content Designer for Sage Intacct, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, informative, and engaging content in our knowledgebase which supports our technicians in delivering great service and serves as a self-help resource for our customers and partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Support content created in the Sage Intacct knowledgebase is adhering to the content standards by performing regular quality monitoring and coaching. You will work closely with product teams, subject matter experts and the Customer Operations teams to understand the user needs and design content that is clear, concise and consistent. The content will adhere to global guidelines and you will apply user research and analytics to evaluate and improve the content you create.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit knowledgebase articles that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Contribute to Knowledge Management standards creation and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of content.
- Audit knowledge content and drive adherence to Knowledge standards within region using analytics and insight to drive performance of the content team.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on the use of knowledge management systems, standards and principles.
- Utilize customer feedback and support interactions to drive enhancement and update of knowledgebase content in real-time.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and update content accordingly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to knowledge management, such as article usage, resolution times, and customer feedback for your region(s).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and IT, to gather and verify information for knowledge base articles.
- Drive effective use of knowledge management platforms and tools to organize, search, and retrieve information efficiently.
