The Associate Content Manager will be responsible for creating and optimizing engaging content for our digital platforms. This role will be integral to enhancing the guest experience across our website and other digital touchpoints. This individual will partner closely with the various teams across marketing to ensure RaceTrac’s digital content aligns with overall marketing objectives and drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintains all content updates and enhancements within RaceTrac’s Content Management System (CMS), ensuring timely and accurate content delivery. Creates, edits, and publishes web pages via the CMS platform, working closely with the Digital Guest Experience (DGX) team and SEO teams. Partners with the Brand team to identify and develop relevant content for webpages related to campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging. Collaborates with the MarTech Product Owners to identify and prioritize webpage development needs and opportunities for content improvement. Leads content development projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all digital updates and campaigns are executed on schedule and within scope. Reviews, updates, and maintains the news articles section of the RaceTrac webpage. Manages universal copy, images, and tiles across the site, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all content updates. Continuously evaluates and improves content processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements.
Qualifications:
2-4 years’ experience in marketing or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Experience using Content Management System (CMS) required. Knowledge of SEO best practices preferred. Knowledge of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) systems preferred. Project Management experience required.
